Thank you for supporting our small, family-run business in the Everglades!

Because all of our apparel, mugs, stickers, and gifts are made-to-order exclusively for you the moment you place an order, we have a strict but fair return policy:

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Ordered the wrong size or color
• No longer want the item

These products are personally printed just for you, so we cannot restock or resell them.

We gladly accept returns or offer free reprints in the following cases only (within 30 days of delivery):

1. Defective or damaged item
2. (hole, print flaw, misprint, stitching issue, etc.)
3. Wrong item received
4. (you got a hoodie instead of a tee, different design, etc.)
5. Printing error on our end
6. (blurry, misaligned, or colors way off from the mockup)

How to request a replacement or refund for a qualifying issue:

1. Email us at hello@evergladessoapcompany.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
4. → Most of the time we will simply send you a brand-new replacement at no cost to you (you keep or donate the original).

Non-returnable items (no exceptions):

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Items washed or worn (beyond trying on for size)

Address changes & lost packages

We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is lost or stolen after the tracking shows “delivered,” we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement or refund.
